Now, we’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who can own our Tone of Voice (TOV), craft compelling narratives, and drive player engagement through impactful storytelling. If you’re a strategic thinker, creative powerhouse, and conversion-focused wordsmith, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Accountability: Own MrQ’s Tone of Voice (TOV)

You’ll be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all player and employee touchpoints.

TOV Development & Governance:

• Define, refine, and enforce MrQ’s unique brand tone across all platforms.
• Develop TOV guidelines and educate teams on best practices.

Customer-Facing Content:

• Craft persuasive copy for website content, marketing emails, ads, social media, and sponsorship activations.
• Write conversion-driven messaging that turns casual readers into loyal players.

Internal Brand Voice:

• Ensure recruitment, company culture, and employee branding materials reflect MrQ’s identity.
• Work closely with HR and leadership to align internal communications with our brand personality.

Creative Collaboration:

• Partner with design, brand, and performance marketing teams to create high-impact campaigns.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative storytelling to the table.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain message consistency across all paid and organic marketing efforts.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on platform, audience, and campaign goals.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Copywriter: Proven track record in writing for online brands, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital marketing.
• Creative & Strategic: Ability to write with flair while keeping conversion and engagement metrics in mind.
• Tone of Voice Champion: Skilled in developing, refining, and enforcing brand TOV across multiple channels.
• Collaboration Pro: Thrives in cross-functional teams, working closely with design, marketing, and leadership.
• Data-Driven Storyteller: Understands how to measure the impact of messaging and optimize for performance.
