As the SEO & ASO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance MrQ.com’s organic visibility in search engines and app stores. You’ll lead initiatives to improve search rankings, drive high-quality traffic, increase app downloads, and optimize user engagement across all digital touchpoints. With a data-driven mindset, you will work across teams to deliver measurable results and support our growth objectives.

What You Will Do

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. Optimize on-page elements, technical performance, and content strategy while leveraging keyword research and ethical link-building to enhance visibility. Monitor performance through analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements.
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Improve app discoverability and conversion rates across Google Play and the Apple App Store through keyword and metadata optimization. Collaborate on engaging visual assets, conduct A/B testing, and analyze user behavior to enhance app performance. Stay ahead of trends to maintain competitive positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align SEO and ASO efforts with broader business goals. Provide insights on web and app enhancements to improve both search visibility and user experience.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest SEO and ASO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SEO & ASO experience with a proven track record of driving results.
• Expert in SEO & ASO: Technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, metadata, and creative testing.
• Tools Proficiency: Skilled with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, App Annie, and Sensor Tower.
• Advanced Analytics: Able to interpret data from Google Analytics, Firebase, and app store analytics.
• Content Optimization: Expertise in optimizing content based on user intent and search trends.
• Creative Collaboration: Works well with design and content teams for engaging app store visuals and copy.
• Strong Communication: Effective in presenting strategies and results to stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with online gaming or gambling sectors.
• Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring teams.
