What You Will Do
Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA) for CRM Function & Team
- Lead, develop, and manage the CRM team, ensuring high performance, clear KPIs, and continuous learning.
- Foster a data-driven, player-first culture, aligning strategies with MrQ’s brand values and business goals.
- Collaborate with Performance & Brand teams to integrate CRM with wider marketing initiatives.
- Promote a test & learn approach to enhance segmentation, automation, and player engagement.
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Oversee and optimise full player lifecycle management, from registration to VIP retention.
- Boost FTD conversion through effective onboarding journeys and automated activation flows.
- Create personalised, data-driven retention and reactivation strategies based on LTV and churn risk.
- Manage loyalty and engagement strategies, including VIP, gamification, and advocacy programs.
- Lead the refer-a-friend (RAF) program to drive acquisition at optimal CPAs.
- Develop always-on customer engagement calendars and seasonal promotional strategies.
Data & Technology
Collaborate with Data, Marketing Operations, and Engineering teams to:
- Drive segmentation and predictive modelling with the BI team for personalised customer journeys.
- Ensure CRM programs are tracked and integrated with ThoughtSpot BI dashboards.
- Manage relationships with ESP and drive CRM technology evolution (e.g., Optimove/Braze, CDP).
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of CRM and customer lifecycle experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving CRM-led revenue growth and customer retention.
- Experience building and scaling data-driven lifecycle programs.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of CRM’s impact on LTV, payback, and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with ESP, segmentation, automation, and omnichannel marketing.
- Expertise in personalisation and behavioural marketing strategies.
- Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with CDPs, analytics dashboards, and predictive models.
- Knowledge of the gambling industry is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, BI, and Compliance teams.
