We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our high standards across both player-facing interactions and core operational processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations, while actively driving quality enhancements and developing our talented team.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
As our Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be the person responsible for keeping standards high, conversations smooth, and our team on top form, by auditing the Player Experience team. Here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into:
Build the blueprint: Design and own QA processes that actually work, no pointless box-ticking here. You’ll set the gold standard for how we review player interactions and operational tasks across the board.
Keep us sharp: Audit the Player Experience team, spot where we’re smashing it (and where we’re not), then deliver clear, constructive feedback that helps everyone raise their game.
Report what matters: Turn numbers into narratives. Your reports will spotlight trends, flag issues before they blow up, and recommend changes that make a real difference.
Be our improvement engine: Drive continuous improvement across people and processes. Spot gaps in our processes, level up team performance, and streamline systems to scale; you find better ways of doing things and make change happen without the faff.
Work across the board: Collaborate with the wider Operations team, the business and external partners, sharing insights that help shape better decisions, better systems and better player experiences.
Champion automation (the smart kind): Make sure any automated journeys or solutions deliver the same high standard of service our team prides itself on. If it’s not helpful, it’s not good enough.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
QA & CX Experience: 2+ years in high-volume customer service, including 6+ months of structured QA work - ideally in a regulated industry.
Data-led thinking: You’re confident working with large data sets and turning subtle QA trends into clear, visual reports that drive real change.
Coaching & communication: A strong communicator who can coach across teams, present insights clearly, and get buy-in from frontline to senior stakeholders.
Regulatory know-how (nice to have): A working understanding of UKGC regs, especially around AML and Safer Gambling, with an eye for spotting risk in player interactions.
