What You Will Do

• Handling KYC, AML & SG queues - emails, verification documents, escalations, withdrawals, and player interactions.
• Running Enhanced Due Diligence and Affordability Checks.
• Smashing your KPIs
• Investigating flagged accounts, conducting thorough risk assessments, spotting problem gambling, money laundering, fraud, or any other concerns.
• Being a go-to person for your team in the wider Ops department.
• Working closely with your team, the Compliance team and other Ops teams to tighten up processes and keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in an AML or Safer Gambling role within the gambling industry
• 1+ year experience with Safer Gambling Interaction Calls
• Strong working knowledge of UKGC regulations
• Experience in conducting EDD and affordability reviews would be desirable
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and sound judgement
• Confident communicator (written and verbal), especially when speaking with customers
• Proactive, organised and happy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• A genuine interest in player safety and the evolving landscape of responsible gambling
