We’re looking for a strategic, curious and commercially minded Propositions Manager to be the bridge between our product teams, marketing and players. You’ll lead how our product features and enhancements are defined, communicated and brought to life in ways that drive real business growth - from launch strategy to performance improvement.

This isn’t just a marketing role - it’s about shaping value propositions, telling powerful product stories, and owning go-to-market execution end-to-end.

What You Will Do

Go‑to‑Market & Strategy

• Define and own GTM for launches, features & enhancements.

• Build player personas & positioning frameworks.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Partner with Brand, Product, CRM, Data, UX/UI, Engineering & Affiliates.

• Act as marketing voice inside product teams.

Product Lifecycle & Performance

• Guide products from concept → launch → optimisation.

• Analyse trends & performance to shape improvements.

Content, Collateral & Enablement

• Create compelling launch content and collateral.

• Support affiliates with positioning & promotional assets.

CRM & Automation

• Design automated journeys & retention communication.

• Use CRM tools to optimise engagement performance.

What We're Looking For

Industry & Product Skills

• Experience in iGaming/online casino/digital entertainment.

• Track record launching digital products and shaping value narratives.

Analytical & Technical

• Comfortable with analytics platforms & tracking tools.

• Turn data insights into strategic action.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communicator & storyteller.

• Collaborative, organised and project‑ownership mindset.

• Commercially minded and creative problem solver.
