The Role
We’re looking for a CRM Lifecycle Automation Executive to support the execution of our lifecycle marketing strategy across all CRM channels. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign build, automation delivery, messaging creation, and flawless execution.
You’ll work closely with the CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager, taking strategic briefs and turning them into high-performing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging. You’ll also partner with Marketing Ops, design, and wider marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, tested thoroughly, and optimised based on performance.

What You Will Do
Plan, build and deliver CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle (RND, New, Active, Churn, Reactivated, Dormant).
Translate briefs into multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push and onsite) and build automated, trigger-based journeys in platforms such as Optimove and Dotdigital.
Set up and manage segmentation, triggers, scheduling, personalisation and dynamic content.
Produce high-quality CRM assets and channel-specific copy, and coordinate creative delivery with design/content teams.
Own campaign testing, QA and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
Deliver performance reporting against KPIs, sharing insights and optimisation opportunities.
Proactively identify ways to improve engagement, retention and ROI, working closely with the CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager and stakeholders.
Stay up to date with CRM best practice, competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign optimisation.
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle multiple teams
Must speak fluent English
Meticulous and very detail oriented
Must have proven experience using a CRM system for at least 12 months i.e. Optimove, Dotdigital, Neolane, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Salesforce
