You’ll report directly into our Head of Marketing Operations, partnering closely with Performance Marketing, Media agency, Data, Tech, and Finance teams. You’ll be the technical glue that brings paid media campaigns to life—ensuring everything from attribution to budget management runs seamlessly.
What You Will Do
- Own paid media tracking & tagging — implement, QA, audit and maintain flawless measurement across web & app via GTM, GA4, MMPs, server‑side events, pixels, and APIs.
- Lead attribution and measurement strategy — operational upkeep of Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA); feed inputs into MMM; spot tracking gaps and channel cannibalisation.
- Manage budget pacing & forecasting — build dashboards, monitor spend across DSPs and publisher platforms daily/weekly, highlight and resolve anomalies.
- Build and automate dashboards & reports — use tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker or SQL; automate weekly/monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
- Execute testing & incrementality frameworks — run A/B experiments, geo tests and holdouts to validate media efficiency and lift.
- Oversee ad-tech integrations — maintain DSPs, DMPs, MMPs API feeds, data syncs, and conduct POCs on AI/automation tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — align paid media tracking with CRM, BI, Data Engineering, Finance, and Tech; ensure clean data in CDP and business systems.
- Document and optimise workflows — own tagging, reporting, budgeting SOPs; identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency; run campaign post-mortems and share learnings.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in performance/media ops, ad-tech or analytics roles
- Expert with tagging & tracking frameworks (GTM, GA4, MMPs, CAPI)
- Hands‑on with ad-tech platforms (DV360, TTD, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Strong grounding in attribution modelling (MTA, MMM fundamentals)
- Proficiency with SQL/Python and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot)
- Experience in budget pacing & forecasting for media
- A track record in running A/B and incrementality testing
- Commercial fluency with ROAS, CPA, cost leakage
- Comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Data, Tech and Finance teams
- Bonus but not essential: iGaming or gambling sector experience
