What You Will Do

Lead CRM Campaign Execution: Oversee setup, QA, delivery, and troubleshooting of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, onsite, direct mail), ensuring technical readiness and flawless execution.

Build & Optimise CRM Infrastructure: Develop modular templates, dynamic content, personalisation logic, and support the launch of bonus offers, triggers, and retention strategies.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with CRM, Brand, Design, Data, and BI teams to deliver on-brand campaigns, improve segmentation, and activate audience models effectively.

Ensure Measurement & Compliance: Manage tagging, tracking, deliverability, unsubscribes, and metadata for accurate attribution; ensure compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.

Drive Tooling & Continuous Improvement: Act as CRM tooling expert (e.g. Optimove), document processes, lead testing initiatives, and support a culture of experimentation and optimisation.

What We're Looking For

CRM Expertise: 4+ years in CRM operations or marketing automation, ideally within iGaming or similar fast-paced, high-frequency environments.

Technical Skills: Proficient in enterprise CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Salesforce), with hands-on experience in HTML/CSS for emails, dynamic content, and personalisation logic.

Campaign Execution: Skilled in delivering high volumes of manual and automated campaigns across segmented audiences and multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, direct mail).

Data & Tools Proficiency: Familiar with offer tools, CMS/merchandising platforms, bonus engines, and integrating campaign data into central reporting systems.

Strong Delivery & Collaboration: Detail-oriented, highly organised team player with a strong commitment to flawless execution and effective cross-functional collaboration.
