What You Will Do

• Checking the quality – Reviewing individual analyst performance with a focus on Player Protection.
• Spotting gaps and proposing solutions – Creating reports which identify gaps and propose solutions
• Escalating key issues – Preparing and presenting QA reports to stakeholders in a timely and easy-to-digest format.
• Keeping processes fresh – Ensuring procedures are up to date and actually useful and easy to follow - documenting the 20% that gives you the 80%!
• Training the team – Supporting analysts with targeted training based on QA findings.

• Risk assessment pro – Helping the team identify and address risk concerns.
• Upping the game – Highlighting successes, motivating the team, and driving performance improvements
• Driving efficiency – Finding ways to improve processes and supporting change implementation. 
• Collaborating across teams – Working with the Ops teams to enhance SLAs & KPIs through feedback and suggestions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in an operational role within the gambling industry, with AML & Safer Gambling experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulations
• Analytical, detail-focused, and able to spot what others miss.
• Top-tier communication skills - report writing, presentations, and making complex things easy to understand
• A self-starter who’s organised, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• A true team player who gets the job done while keeping the vibes positive.
