This role is London-based and requires hybrid working from our St Albans office.

MrQ is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team; someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to create content that cuts through. This role is focused on developing engaging, scroll-stopping content for our organic channels, with occasional support for paid social.

You’ll own the end-to-end content creation process - from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing - bringing fresh ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. You’ll have a strong instinct for what performs across platforms and the ability to balance lo-fi, reactive content with higher-production creative when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is both a creative thinker and a hands-on maker: confident behind and in front of the camera, comfortable leading shoots and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to identifying social media trends. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to shape MrQ’s social presence, experiment with new formats and grow your creative skillset within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Produce engaging social-first creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including the editing of video and design assets to be optimised for organic growth and performance

• Lead the production of shoots, filming content behind and on the camera at both a lo-fi and higher-production level

• Contribute creative ideas and concepts, staying ahead of trends and identifying opportunities to improve content performance

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and partnerships, including delivering assets for paid social when required

• Maintain strong brand consistency across all content, ensuring visual standards and tone of voice align with MrQ’s guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end social content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)

• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and what drives engagement on each

• Confident both behind and in front of the camera, with experience leading the production element of content shoots
