MrQ is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Acquisition team, focused on growing and improving how players discover, sign up for, and start using our product. This role sits at the intersection of product, user experience, and growth.

You will be responsible for optimising the user journey from first touch through to becoming an active MrQ player, ensuring new users have a seamless and engaging experience. We are looking for someone who is deeply user-focused, comfortable speaking directly with users, and excited about experimenting, building, and iterating quickly.

This role is ideal for a builder-minded Product Manager who embraces modern AI tools and rapid prototyping to test ideas and accelerate product development.

What You Will Do

• Own and improve the user acquisition and onboarding experience, from sign-up to early user engagement.

• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to turn acquisition insights into product improvements that drive growth.

• Identify friction points in the player journey and design experiments to improve conversion and activation.

• Lead cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, and growth teams to deliver impactful product improvements.

• Build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours through research and ongoing feedback loops.

• Use modern tooling to prototype and validate product ideas using AI-driven and prompt-to-app tools before handing them off for full development.

• Rapidly test new concepts and iterate based on data and user feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager in user-facing products, ideally with a focus on growth, acquisition, onboarding, or activation.

• Track record of partnering with Commercial and Marketing teams to influence acquisition strategy and drive growth.

• Strong user focus with a proven ability to surface and translate user insights into product decisions.

• Proven ability to improve sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, or activation funnels.

• A builder mindset — comfortable prototyping and experimenting rather than waiting for others to implement ideas.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping tools and prompt-driven workflows to validate concepts quickly.

• Strong product intuition combined with data-driven decision making.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where experimentation and iteration are key.
