Our Player Success team love to talk and it’s their job to safeguard Mr Q’s mission to offer progressive, value entertainment - with delight and transparency. Often the first voice that our customers will come in contact with, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build relationships and educate during key points in their account lifecycle. As a Player Success Executive, you will play an important role in retention, building relationships and providing education to foster trust resulting in long-term sustainable customers.

What You Will Do

• Connect with new players by picking up the phone, sending emails, speaking on live chat and firing off WhatsApp messages to engage those who’ve registered but haven’t yet deposited.
  
• Bring your A-game by using your communication skills to build trust, educate players on what makes MrQ awesome, and guide them smoothly to their first game.
  
• You’re not afraid to challenge the norm, you’ll spot opportunities to increase conversions, assist with onboarding and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Be data-driven by diving into player insights, identifying patterns, and proactively reaching out to those who could benefit from a helping hand.
  
• Shake up the norm by suggesting smarter, faster ways to engage players, reduce friction, and keep them coming back for more.
  
• Stay sharp by keeping your knowledge fresh, from our latest offers to the games making waves, so you can advise with confidence and credibility.
  
• Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they are given the right support they need as early as possible.

• You’ve got a knack for sales or customer service and know how to close the deal with a smile.
  
• Talking to people? That’s your thing. You’re confident on the phone, quick on your feet, and crystal-clear in every interaction.
  
• Targets are your jam—you’re results-driven, thrive under pressure, and love smashing your goals.
  
• You’ve got an eagle eye for detail, whether it’s spotting player insights or finding ways to improve processes.
  
• Challenges don’t faze you; you see them as opportunities to get creative and find fresh ways to engage customers.
  
• Experience in iGaming? Great! If not, don’t worry—we’ve got top-notch training to get you started
  
• Flexible, there will be some weekend working involved as they’re a busy time for MrQ.com.
