What You Will Do

Focus: Strategy, Mentorship, and Operational Excellence.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and own AML, KYC, and SG strategy, lead compliance and efficiency initiatives, design scalable workflows, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor managers to improve leadership and strategy, guide long-term focus, and promote compliance awareness.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline AML, KYC, and SG processes, automate tasks, and boost productivity.
• Project Ownership & Prioritisation: Build scalable compliance processes, prioritise projects for timely delivery, and lead using data-driven insights.
• SLA Improvement: Ensure SLAs and KPIs meet top standards and drive improvements through performance analysis.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Report trends and metrics to leadership and align compliance with business goals.

• Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the gambling industry, with a strong understanding of UKGC regulations, AML, KYC, and Safer Gaming frameworks.

• Compliance Advocate: Passionate about fostering a compliance-first culture while ensuring workflows remain player-centric.
