As Head of People , you will steer our People function, ensuring that the company has the organisational structure, culture, leadership, talent, and capabilities to deliver on strategic objectives. You will lead all People operations, strategy, and development to build a high-performing, engaged, scalable workforce.

This role is part of our wider leadership team for MrQ (Lindar Media Group). 

What You Will Do

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the People strategy in alignment with company vision and OKRs, advising senior leadership on culture, organisational effectiveness, and leading a high-performing People team across core functions.
• Organisation Design & Core People Operations: Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and succession, while overseeing core People operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand: Own the recruitment strategy to meet ambitious hiring goals, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and partner with marketing to strengthen the employer brand and EVP.
• Development, Learning & Growth: Deliver key learning initiatives such as leadership development, onboarding, and career frameworks, building a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Culture, Space & Engagement: Champion company culture and values, lead DE&I and engagement initiatives, and manage hybrid working strategies and office operations.
• Performance, Data & Reporting: Define and track People metrics to measure performance and engagement, delivering insights that support strategic business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Significant senior People/HR leadership experience in scaling or regulated businesses. Director level experience.
• Track record in organisational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
• Strong stakeholder management at CEO/NED level.
• Commercial, data-driven, and outcomes-focused.
• Deep understanding of EVP, reward & benefits, compliance, and DE&I.
